George W. Johnson as chosen Governor; the Legislative Council were: Willie B. Machen, John W. Crockett, James P. Bates, James S. Chrisman, Philip B. Thompson, J. P. Burnside, H. W. Bruce, J. W. Moore, E. M. Bruce, and George B. Hodge.
